I can make a simple pendant with the bead you have purchased and do a simple wire wrap with it, using silver plate findings (head pin, round balls, and jump ring) and will also provide a cell phone lariat for 'instant' usability. (It could, of course, also be put on a chain that you already own very easily.)

If you want something fancier with a couple Swarovski crystals and a matching dangle (like the fairy in the picture), I can do that also for a little more.
